We are looking for a “Recruitment Consultant” to join our Adecco team.

Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Good level of English written and oral
  • High capability to solve problems
  • A self motivated, success driven, result oriented personality
  • Have good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Resillient and able to work under stress
  • Residence in Ankara is required

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in order to ensure successful hiring in line with guidelines,
  • Update and utilize recruiting databases and job boards,
  • Hands-on candidate attraction & sourcing career portals,
  • Execute proactive pool searches; create and manage recruitment sources to provide appropriate talent to the company,
  • Screen & select candidates and conduct competency based interviews.
