We are looking for a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT for our company, which has been providing qualified personnel, middle and senior manager recruitment services to production, engineering, logistics and information technology companies throughout Turkey since 2005.

Graduates from related departments of universities such as Psychology, Guidance and Psychological Counseling, International Relations, Sociology, Business Administration, Labor Economics etc.

Good level of English speaking (C1 level / Upper-intermediate)

Experienced in white collar recruitment in private employment, Recruitment Consultancy or manufacturing companies

Being strong in research, ambitious for success, successful in stress management, enterprising, energetic, high in planning and organizing skills, practical, solution-oriented, target and success-oriented

Having done military service (for male candidates)

Working type: Home Office (1-2 weeks after office training)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. To take the necessary action plans to close the open positions related to the recruitment projects he is responsible for

2. Posting job postings on our website and our social media accounts

3. To search for suitable candidates for open positions through Flash Candidate database, linkedin and career sites and to transfer the CVs of suitable candidates to the Flash Candidate software system.

4. To invite candidates suitable for the position sought for an interview by making preliminary telephone interviews

5. Arranging the interview forms of the candidates to be interviewed

6. Making interviews with the candidates who have been given an appointment, determining their English level by asking questions in English at the interview,

7. Presenting the interview reports of the candidates found suitable as a result of the interview to the client company

8. Making a job proposal by calling the candidates determined for the job proposal by phone.

9. Organizing the interviews for the candidates that the client company wants to meet

10. Making reference checks on suitable candidates, making job offers to candidates with positive references

11. Correspondence with our foreign capital customers in English, preparing interview reports in English when necessary

12. Giving feedback to unsuitable candidates based on feedback from client companies
