General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Fluency in English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Proactive, self-motivated and good team player
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good command of MS Office

Job Description

• Being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
• Managing selection and interview processes
• Preparing and publishing job advertisements on the career websites.
• Evaluating the candidates through telephone interviews, and online/face to face interviews
• Communicating with managers to identify future job potential and the technical requirements for those jobs
• Preparing perodic recruitment reports
• Planning the onboarding process of the fresh employee
