QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University or master degree in relevant fields (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology and etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding,)
  • Preferable experience in headhunting or recruitment consultancies
  • Business minded HR professional with a passion to be in the center of all HR related matters of his/her account
  • Preferable fluent in spoken English
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and result-oriented


JOB DESCRIPTION

Our successful candidate will be responsible from:

  • Take an active role in recruitment strategies and Employer Branding,
  • Develop and maintain positive canditate relations and conduct Employer branding approachs,
  • Executing recruitment, onboarding and development processes,
  • Plans, organizes and executes all human resources activities in talent acquisition;
  • Will actively use Linkedin, other recruitment platforms and structure company CV pool system,
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment process for white collar roles,
  • Following payroll and administrative issues after placement,
