QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS
- University or master degree in relevant fields (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology and etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding,)
- Preferable experience in headhunting or recruitment consultancies
- Business minded HR professional with a passion to be in the center of all HR related matters of his/her account
- Preferable fluent in spoken English
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and result-oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our successful candidate will be responsible from:
- Take an active role in recruitment strategies and Employer Branding,
- Develop and maintain positive canditate relations and conduct Employer branding approachs,
- Executing recruitment, onboarding and development processes,
- Plans, organizes and executes all human resources activities in talent acquisition;
- Will actively use Linkedin, other recruitment platforms and structure company CV pool system,
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment process for white collar roles,
- Following payroll and administrative issues after placement,
