QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of Regional Engineering Operations Responsible is for East Europe ( including Turkey ) and has a number of key purposes.
One of the prime responsibilities of this role is to monitor the performance and compliance of the Field Application Engineers (FAE) and to organize Demand Creation strategies and tasks in a manner that allows the Regional Technical Director (RTD's), Regional Technical Manager (RTM's) and Field Application Engineers (FAE's) to focus on the best customer facing opportunities and design activities with regards to supplier growth and ROI for Future.
This individual will work with the RTD & RTMs to assist in the management of Demand Creation as required by RTD/RTM. This individual will report to the RTD. This individual will be measured and held accountable for the success of the Demand Creation in their region.
Duties Include ;
- Continuously monitoring the engineering focus accounts and making sure that the
accounts are identified, researched and penetrated as fast as possible.
- Assist in the customer qualification process, via researching in-depth the customer
accounts. .
- Communicate with the various parties (RTD, FAE's, SDM, etc.) to develop, conduct and
review effective and strategic account plans.
- Ensure the CRM database is maintained with the correct information; this requires
frequently entering visit reports and registrations
- Create, analyse and maintain numerous reports and database systems.
- Manage supplier training programs for the FAE's.
- Marketing and Sales interface; this involves being the first point of contact for marketing promos and programs, public relations ROI and giving feedback to suppliers.
- Participate in technology council meetings and prepare minutes and follow up on actions
- Sharing best practices and produce bench marketing data
The successful candidate will hold HND or equivalent with relevant level of experience. Ability to manipulate data mining with standard Microsoft tools (Excel, PBI…) or other Business Intelligence tools. They will be an excellent communicator, and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. They will be able to present information in a confident fashion to a large group of senior managers, and will need to show that they are commercially astute, highly organised and self-motivated.
