Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Implements Brand and Touchpoint Strategy on Regional/Local Social Media and Email Marketing activities ensuring ROI optimization
  • First point of contact for regional Online reputation management
  • Grows and nurtures an active and engaging social media audience for Bosch AC based on brand strategy and marketing concepts for the region
  • Manages influencer programs according to global strategy that delight and engage our local and regional audiences
  • Monthly reporting and insights on engagement and performance
  • Be first point of contact for regional online reputation management
  • Monthly report on reputation and trends regarding consumer feedback / product ratings
  • Executes programs that encourage ratings and reviews generation
  • Executes Email Marketing strategies to grow our customer database, customer retention and -loyalty
  • Executes customer life-cycle marketing plans, to deliver automated and personalized communication experiences
  • Monitors, analyzes and then optimizes the performance of emails (open rates, CTRs etc.) in cooperation with the global CRM/eMail Marketing responsibilities



Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

• University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification with focus on Deep knowledge of Social Media Marketing
• 3+ years of relevant professional Social Media experience
• Proven track record in successfully managing social media projects for consumer brands
• Strong marketing, E-Commerce knowledge & good user and brand understanding
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and able to see big picture and find meaningful solutions for business
• Self-motivated to prioritize & to take responsibility, working in cross-functional & self organized teams
• Communication skills to make topic understood in the broader context of communication / User journey management
• UX and Agile working methods
• Strong intercultural skills and experience
• Fluent in English and another EEU language desirable.
• Ability to travel approx. 20%
