We are looking for “Regional Program Manager” for our global client.

  • Graduated from 4 year departments of universities
  • Preferably have at least 3 years of program management experience
  • Able to take initiative, prone to teamwork, excellent communication skills,
  • Able to work in a complex global network within the scope of remote work
  • Developed problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English as well as other regional language skills as noted
  • Developed in customer communication, especially in solution prioritization.
  • No restriction to travel to domestic and nearby countries (although rare, international travel is possible)
  • Ability to interact and build relationships effectively with various stakeholders.


Accountable for managing the execution of the client program in assigned market (or globally based on client need), with client local teams and key suppliers, according to key performance indicators defined with the client and the Director of Outsourced Program Management.

Job Description


  • Experience in program setup and management for major international US/EU retailers and brands
  • Experienced in systems, processes used by global brands and retailers to pre-qualify and improve supplier performance against expectations
  • Build strong relationships with key customer team members to streamline the process, including customer and supplier training and awareness
  • Support suppliers in progress through the client program, including database management for the assigned market
  • Effectively leverage and develop client external relationships, including support of Certified Monitoring Firm relationship management and oversight
  • Following the social audit programs in the region where the brand is responsible.


The Regional Program Manager reports to the Senior Program Manager or the Director of Outsourced Program Management (based on client need).
