QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- An industry expert on Property, Liability and Special Risks placements (experience in Financial Lines products will be preferred)
- Understands and runs complex placaments and always open to search alternative solutions
- Follow up and standardize policy governance processes and reporting routines
- Act as a partner with cross functional teams in the placement(s) and eager to act as a solution searcher
- Own and manage data and other required materials
- Build and maintain healthy and long term relationship with reinsurance brokers, reinsurers, insurance companies, and other related third parties (if any prior client experience also available happy to hear about.)
- Actively participating in annual meetings/presentations with various reinsurers, and with clients where technical discussion may be held
- Proven capability and prior experince on organizing, following up and managing complex accounts and multiple tasking
skills
- Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related field
- 5+ years' experience in reinsurance industry
- Fluent in English
- High level of problem solving capability and process improvement skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to execute process improvements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Quick learner, takes initiative and works with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
