QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Broker / Assistant Manager candidates who will add value and strength to our team:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receiving alternative offers in accordance with the collateral structure prepared in line with the risk analysis and customer demands, making sure that offers are received at the expected standards
- To implement placement strategies by negotiating the best terms, coverage, clauses and price for corporate policyholders
- To prepare the comparative tables, special notes and presentations of the submitted proposals at the specified time and standards
- Notifying the relevant companies of the policy orders in line with the offer approved by the customer, checking the compatibility of the policies produced with the offer
- To have additional documents drawn up and to follow up based on the various information provided by the corporate insured during the year
- To follow the developments in the reinsurance markets, to develop relations with new markets, to obtain information about the application areas of new products.
- Representing the institution before insurance and reinsurance companies as a member of the reinsurance team in renewal and new businesses
- To make necessary checks on production reports at the end of the month and to carry out CN / DN and similar operational processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably graduated from Insurance and Banking, Actuary, Economics and Administrative Sciences or similar departments of universities
- At least 2 years of UW/Fac Reinsurance experience on the company or broker side in the insurance industry
- Fluent in English
- Result and solution oriented
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive
- Have strong organizational and planning skills
- Able to use Ms Office programs well
