  • Graduated from Statistics, Information Technologies & Programming Faculties of universities
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center operations
  • Good English language skills (oral and written);
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Analytical and solution oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Developing reporting processes by analyzing existing and new report requests
  • Analyzing the new report requests from the business units, developing them in line with the needs, completing the final tests and delivering them to the user
  • To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with the demands of the business units
  • Following the KPIs of the Customer Service departments and informing the senior management and relevant business units about important developments for action
  • Meeting data and data demands, creating efficiency analyzes, preparing dashboards
  • To carry out research and studies that will ensure the continuous improvement of the reporting infrastructure
  • Organizing training for operations, when necessary, regarding the use of currently used programs and the content of the report
  • To make reports on how many calls/emails the customer service answers, in how many minutes, and why the e-mails and calls they can't answer are not answered
