Yıldız Holding is looking for an Reporting Specialistfor E-Star Global, which is one of the group companies of Yıldız Holding, responsible for e-commerce operations of all brands.
E-Star Global operation is basically focusing on both B2eB, B2C and D2C strategies based on sales, marketing, promotions, and distribution.
We are looking for a disruptive, digital, networked, risk-taker, problem solver, energetic, proactive, and analytical thinking team member who will be a strategic partner, an employee sponsor, and a change mentor.
(Location: Çamlıca/İstanbul)
Responsibilities:
- This role will be assisting for financial reporting and consolidation for eStar online global markets (USA, EU, UK & UAE markets)
- Assisting eStar Global's budgeting process & ensuring full implementation and monitoring of the agreed budget and conducting actual vs budget variance analysis.
- Assist all budget owners with completing monthly budget requests and justifications.
- Actively engage with Business Partners to understand financial drivers and achieve key financial metrics.
- Reviewing the monthly closing process and controlling workflow for accounting transactions to be performed accurately.
- Bring a mindset of continuous improvement to all aspects of the job, including implementing financial policies & controls and recurring processes and stand-alone projects such as new SAP modules implementations.
- Self-learner on the latest financial planning tools, financial requirements, reporting schedules and new ways of financial explanations.
Your Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree specifically in finance related majors with from related universities
- 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably gained in an international environment
- Relevant auditing experience from Big4 companies
- Knowledge of IFRS reporting and consolidation
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing) is required. Second language will be appreciated
- Become a part of and operate in high performing team
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
