QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering Departments of Universities,
- Having experience in 3D design and structural analysis,
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related area,
- Having experience in CAD programs (UG NX is a plus),
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Resident in Bandırma/Gönen,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job description:
- Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Having experience in design steps, mechanism design, and analysis, benchmarking, prototyping, FMEA analysis, project management,
- Managing and leading design processes (modeling, prototyping, design verification),
- Planning test plans according to project schedules activities and reporting the test results,
- Participating in R&D project for improving and developing new product,
- Willing to learn, responsible, dynamic, initiative, result oriented, self motivated.
