JOB SUMMARY
- Developing innovative, affordable, profitable, safe and delicious products
- Checks product specifications and apply the best practices and research continuously
- Develop products that in line with local regulatory & global recommendations
- Co-leading cost saving projects; find right partners for innovations & cost effectiveness
- Following project timings; keep realistic timings & prioritization
- Renovating existing products with the aim of improving them or reducing their cost while keeping the quality at the same level
- Carrying out process development and quality improvement studies on existing products
- Working as partners by sharing know-how, identifying barriers and solutions & innovation options with suppliers
- Communicating technical information effectively verbally and in writing
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Food Engineering,preferred to have a Master's Degree;
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in food engineering ideally experience in Research & Development
- Basic knowledge in Edible Nuts manufacturing
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good team player, strong communication skills
- Open and innovative. Follows trends
- Analytical thinking with innovative point of view.
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
- Technical curiosity, continuous learner and a drive to ensure technical rigor
- Able to reside in Ordu-Giresun regions
