JOB DESCRIPTION
Moltek Radiopharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Chemist/Biochemist to join our team of dedicated professionals focused on solid phase peptide synthesis and organic synthesis. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, forward-thinking, and possess outstanding technical skills, organizational awareness, and a commitment to excellence.
Characterization, purification and identification of compounds using modern analytical methods including, but not limited to, HPLC, LCMS.
Scientific leadership in solving synthesis problems.
Full compliance with all safety protocols and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS, MS or PhD in Biology, Chemistry or related field
- Extensive hands-on bench experience in peptide synthesis and organic synthesis.
- Familiarity with modern separation and analytical chemistry techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to solve significant synthetic chemistry problems evidenced by publications.
- Able to do problem solving and trouble shooting at the highest level for both practical and theoretical synthetic issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interdisciplinary interaction skills.
