GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Chemistry,
- Preferably graduated from pharmaceutical technology or pharmaceutical chemistry graduate programs,
- Preferably with knowledge of cosmetic regulation,
- At least 5 years of experience in the formulation or production of biocidal, cosmetic products,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Strong communication skills both within the team and with other teams,
- Residing or able to live in Tire.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Formulation development, pilot-scale production and scale up to mass production of biocidal and cosmetic products,
- Managing the new product projects (Establishment of project plans, feasibility studies, follow-up of project actions) until mass production,
- Ensuring the smooth operation of existing and new mass production processes,
- Developing, reviewing and approving, validation master plans and SOPs, as needed,
- Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with all internal and external operational departments.
