Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Excellent command of English both spoken and written (Job Interview shall be in English)
Analytical thinking, strong planning, result-driven, self-motivated personality, organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills with colleagues
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work flow and complete tasks with a high level of detail and efficiency
Disciplined and well-organized in documentation
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Completed military service for male candidates

Detailed knowledge on R&D methodology and principles
Following all of the general incentives implementations, controlling and preparing all documents requested for applications
Developing and conducting R&D projects in order to get other state support programs
Following all TUBITAK processes of R&D projects, making applications, conducting relations with the project arbitrators, preparing and submitting reports
