We are looking for a ‘'Talent Researcher'’ to be located in our Istanbul office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience at search firm or corporate recruiting experience would be preferred
  • Preferably with experience with direct sourcing in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience recruiting in a fast paced - high volume environment
  • Business fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Able to think creatively, open to ideas as well as sharing them
  • Hard working, dynamic and positive personality
  • Ability to consult and collaborate at all levels of the clients projects
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong relationship building, facilitation and influencing skills particularly with Hiring leaders on recruiting process.


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Taking Job Briefs from clients with Industry Leader
  • Preparing market mappings assigned by Hiring Leader
  • Actively working for the Team Leader on sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing candidates
  • Arranging interviews, making candidate calls on updates and arrangements
  • Preparing shortlists of candidates for various positions, thereby preparing CV's and Candidates' presentations
  • Updating candidate database (FF)
  • Managing interview processes between clients and candidates
  • Keeping pipeline up-to-date.
  • Assisting with industry and market research
