We are looking to hire a dynamic Receptionist who will be an instrumental part of our Turkey business. You will be part of a friendly, sociable team who are results driven and task orientated. As a Servcorp Receptionist you are not just the face of our company but representing hundreds of our clients.
This is a diverse and exciting role, with duties including:
· Manage a busy reception switch
· Meet and greet for clients and guests
· Provide a diverse range of administrative support to our clients
· Monitor boardroom / meeting room / office bookings
· Assist with the coordination of internal and external events
· Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the premises
To be considered for this position:

· Ability to work autonomously and multitask
· Exceptional personal presentation
· Minimum 1 - 2 years reception experience
· Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel is essential
· Previous experience within the hospitality industry will be highly regarded
