QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Sheraton Bursa Hotel and Aloft Bursa” are located in the new and rapidly developing upscale residential and office area in Bursa, adjacent to the Bursa Culture Park. The hotels will embrace in total 304 rooms and are scheduled to open in the 2nd quarter 2013. In addition to the F&B outlets, all day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant and bar, the hotel will feature a Spa area with pool and fitness.
“Night Auditor”
We invite you to take a position in the Front Office Department of our Sheraton&Aloft Bursa brand, in the position of “Night Auditor”.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Equivalent of High School Graduate. Preferably a Collage Degree in Hotel Management or business related field.
- 2 to 3 years experience as a Receptionist/Night Auditor preferably in a five star international hotel.
- Fluency in English (preferably also in a second or third language)
- Strong experience or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, PCS and office products, e.g. Opera PMS, Excel, Word

FUNCTIONS
- Professional financial standards of the hotel by managing end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy, and reporting anomalies
- Check in all arriving guests and check out all departing guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the hotel policy and procedures.
- Handle all Front Office cashiering transactions such as posting charges to guests, exchanging foreign currency according to the hotel policy and procedures. At the end of the shift, balances the cash float.
- Coordinates room status update with Housekeeping Department by notifying them of all check out, late check out, early check-in and special requests.
- Must be fully aware of the product knowledge as well as daily hotel activities, meetings and functions.
- Answer all guest requests and questions in a very friendly manner, provide the guest with any requests such as safety deposit boxes, handling messages or dealing with complaints
