Minimum 2 years’ of working experience in customer service position,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Front office agent is responsible for maintaining excellent reception services to contribute to remarkable guest experience. Main duties of position are to check guests in and out according to company standards, to compile guests’ accounts and fulfilling necessary administrative duties.
