Ensure effective and efficient handling of all Front Office (Concierge) activities of the assigned Front Office (Concierge) by communicating with Residents and visitors and creates a smooth, efficient pleasant and lively environment at the Front Office (Concierge).
Welcomes all visitors and ensures that they register their details before they are put in contact with the Resident required, in line with the agreed standards of service.
Ensures all administrative activities of the Front Office (Concierge) are handled, answer calls in an effective and efficient manner.
Takes all requests from Residents and forwards to Supervisor.
Maintains a pleasant and tidy reception area, e.g., arranging newspapers and magazines in order to present an excellent image of the organisation.
Informs Residents, for all the visitors and deliveries as per the agreed service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree from a recognised institute
Min. 2 years experience of managing a Front Office (Concierge)
Good communication skills & Proficiency in Turkish and English. (Arabic is a plus)
