QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure effective and efficient handling of all Front Office (Concierge) activities of the assigned Front Office (Concierge) by communicating with Residents and visitors and creates a smooth, efficient pleasant and lively environment at the Front Office (Concierge).
  • Welcomes all visitors and ensures that they register their details before they are put in contact with the Resident required, in line with the agreed standards of service.
  • Ensures all administrative activities of the Front Office (Concierge) are handled, answer calls in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Takes all requests from Residents and forwards to Supervisor.
  • Maintains a pleasant and tidy reception area, e.g., arranging newspapers and magazines in order to present an excellent image of the organisation.
  • Informs Residents, for all the visitors and deliveries as per the agreed service standards.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree from a recognised institute
  • Min. 2 years experience of managing a Front Office (Concierge)
  • Good communication skills & Proficiency in Turkish and English. (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Ability to cope with stress
