İŞ TANIMI
- Takes reservations (by phone)
- Distributes the reservations according to available tables
- Orders flowers for restaurant if applicable
- Takes English and Turkish newspapers from concierge
- Greets the guests and gives brief description of restaurant concept
- Farewells the guests
- Follows up store requisitions
- Controls micros, open a check
- Assist the restaurant set up preparations
- Helps to the stations for setting the table and clearing table
- Performs other duties assigned by her Supervisor and Manager
