LOCATION


This position is based in our resort Amanruya. The resort is located on the northern coast of the Bodrum Peninsula in Mandalya Bay and is situated just north of Bodrum, the South Aegean’s most attractive seaside village.


POSITION


The objective of this position is to implement all relevant activities in the field of Food & Beverage Department by AMAN service standarts.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting all guests in a friendly and sincere manner, always with a smile and a positive attitude
  • Should have the knowledge of handling guest complaints and should report the compaint to the Assistant F&B Manager and/or the F&B Manager
  • Having enough knowledge of English in order to establish communication with guests
  • Implement and conduct training sessions whenever necessary/possible.
  • Always keeping the outlet/outlets that he/she responsible for clean and ready for the service
  • Have his/her team obtain a high standard service according to food & beverage service procedures
  • Organizing his/her staff in their sections according to their job descriptions and maintaining a smooth service flow
  • Knowing opening and closing hours of the outlets, menus, the activities, and giving information to his/her personnel accordingly
  • Provides support and supervises the activities of the Departmental Trainers and checks regularly the proper introduction of new employees
  • Performs other duties assigned by F&B Manager


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 3 years experience in an international 5 stars or luxury hotel,
  • Graduated from Tourism, Hospitality or related programs,
  • Good in English ( both writing and speaking)
  • Proficient at Micros Programs,
  • Good team player and communication skills,
  • Ability about focusing on details, dynamic, hardworking, self-motivated and creative,
  • For male candidates, no relationship with military service.
