ICBC Turkey Bank is currently searching for a Specialist to be in charge of “Credits Unit ” in our Retail Banking Department with the following qualifications:

Candidates will mainly have below responsibilities:

· Ensuring that the procedures and work flows of products for individual and SME banking customers are developed, and corrective actions are taken by detecting the defects,

· To develop marketing studies that will ensure customer acquisition and continuity, to ensure that studies are carried out to evaluate cross-selling opportunities for existing customers,

· Coordination and follow-up of Marketing and Business Development projects on the IT side,

· To ensure that all products and work flows are at the required levels by following the regulations for consumers and SMEs in the Banking Sector.

We are looking for teammates who meet the following criteria for the relevant position:

· At least a Bachelor's Degree.

· Fluent in English (preferred),

· Experienced in individual and SME Loans,

· Experienced in MS Office Excel and Powerpoint programs,

· To have knowledge about General Banking subjects and legislation,

· Analytical thinking, successful in human relations and prone to teamwork,

· Willing to work at ICBC for a long time.
