ICBC Turkey Bank is currently searching for a Specialist to be in charge of “Card and POS Management Unit ” in our Retail Banking Department with the following qualifications:

Candidates will mainly have below responsibilities:
· Enables the development of procedures and workflows of cards, POS and related products, and taking corrective actions by detecting the deficiencies,
· By following the market and the competition regularly, creates and follows the reports and campaigns about the products for which he/she is responsible according to the trends,
· Manages end-to-end campaign activities that increase turnover and card usage,
· Ensures the implementation of legal regulations concerning the world of payment systems,
· Provides coordination and follow-up of marketing projects in coordination with the relevant teams.
We are looking for teammates who meet the following criteria for the relevant position:
· At least a Bachelor's Degree.
· Fluent in English (preferred),
· Experienced in MS Office Excel and Powerpoint programs,
· To have knowledge about General Banking subjects and legislation,
· Analytical thinking, successful in human relations and prone to teamwork,
· Willing to work at ICBC for a long time.
