QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Barilla Turkey seeks to temporarily (8 months) recruit a Revenue Growth Management Professional based in Istanbul. The individual will report directly to Head of Trade Marketing Turkey and will be responsible for:


  • Coordinating Sales & Supply Chain for maximum revenue & profitability
  • Addressing development areas for more efficient sales & portfolio use


Job Desciption :


  • To ensure reaching the maximum sales potential by aligning sales forecasts, production & delivery capacity usage, make necessary interventions- to forecast & reach net sales targets
  • Proactive mix management in coordination with finance, sales and marketing and in line with the customer constraints and the corporate guidelines.
  • To prepare a comprehensive Action Plan which enhance UNS detailing interventions, tools needed, and management support required.
  • To validate each opportunity with Sales to ensure feasibility of implementation, and Finance to measure the potential of increase of Sales and Margin.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree,
  • Min 1 or 2 years Customer Services or Trade Marketing experience
  • High level statistics knowledge
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization skills with a creative and an analytical mind
  • Fluent in English
