Qualifications:


  • Min. 4 years’ experience in ecommerce company, preferably worked in marketing or sales planning related positions
  • Cooperation, negotiation and relationship management experience


Responsibilities:


Trading Monetization department is one of the most important teams at Gittigidiyor which is responsible for profitable growth to ensure business sustainability and market share.

Main responsibilities are;

  • Stimulate and plan commission fees and campaigns at each category in line with marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and support relevant key metrics as sales volume, active buyers and traffic.
  • Ensure each campaign and commerce commission fee activity has clear metrics and ensure that they are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals.
  • Manage & take part in inititives /projects that will increase growth opportunities
  • Monitor performance of commercial campaigns and drive ideas/initiatives to improve metrics' targets
  • Provide data insights to marketing and category teams while monitoring campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing and commerce teams to support visibility of high revenue products/categories
  • Spend budget efficiently and to follow the expense records and distribution.
  • Project the performance and campaign expenditures as requested by finance team.
  • Improve productivity by seeking out ways to automate and simplify manual processes and reporting.
