QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Divan Ankara is looking for Revenue & Reservation Executive
- Minimum University graduate,
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position,
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish with all caller, to their understanding,
- Previous Reservation / Revenue experience,
- Knowledge of Opera system,
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word,
- Ability to ascertain caller’s needs and comply with such to ensure caller’s satisfaction.
- Ability to process incoming calls in a timely manner.
