GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a Reservation Agent who must possess;

• University degree in Tourism Hotel Management
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Onq PM would be an advantage
• At least 2 years experience in similar position in hotel industry
• Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure
• Self motivated
• Team Player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Execute all varieties of direct sale agency bookings
• Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner
• Process all information using the hotel computer systems
• Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
• Handles all special requests appropriately
