QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree from Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
- Good theoretical knowledge on RF system architecture,
- Design and test experience of minimum 2 years in RF discipline,
- Practical experience with AWR Microwave Office and Altium Designer,
- Able to perform well in a team environment and support team-mates,
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills,
- Develop hardware requirements for RF modules or PCB units,
- Perform RF hardware design, verify and debug the design,
- Prepare and review requirement, design and test documents,
- Process hardware related problems and contribute in resolutions at system level,
- Hands-on experience in assembling, debug and integration,
- Solid experience in product qualification tests in both military (MIL-STD) and civil (DO) standards,
- Familiarity with the review and quality processes, as well as field testing of the product(s).
