The Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Team, with its diversified competencies and extensive experience, offers a wide range of services in risk management, internal auditing, information technologies consultancy, information security, corporate governance, and fraud investigation and prevention.

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Holding CIA certificate
  • Accounting knowledge is an asset
  • Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
  • Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely
  • Experienced in team management
  • Willingness to travel


Roles&Responsibilities:


  • Determine client needs and clearly communicate information about how the Firm can meet those needs.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships at lower and mid levels.
  • Perform agreed upon services as efficiently and effectively as possible to achieve the maximum benefits to both the client and the Firm.
  • Encourage staff to seek out opportunities to improve the quality of services we deliver to clients and to ensure staff is fully aware of service standards.
  • Draft complex proposals and participate in sales presentations.
  • Assist in the sales and negotiation process and to utilize appropriate national/global resources in the closing process.
  • Direct staff to provide exceptional multifunctional and global services to the client.
  • Supervise and continuously develop team members’ skills/knowledge (theoretical and practical).
  • Challenges self and others to make an impact that matters for our clients, our colleagues and our communities
  • Supports team members’ development needs through formal and informal coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Provides timely feedback to team members to drive high performance
