QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business management or related field,
- Preferably 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management areas,
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
- Analytical and having strong communication skills,
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures,
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills,
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To be responsible of the precautions and activities to comply with Personal Data Protection Law,
- To be responsible of the precautions and activities to comply with Competition Law,
- To execute company Enterprise Risk Management processes,
- To develop, review company policies, structure, draft and periodically review the Company Procedures and Policies,
- To be the key user of Data Loss Prevention software to comply with Personal Data Protection Law and Competition Law,
- To follow up company related Regulatory Updates from official sources and to escalate them to related departments,
- To manage the Relationships with the Internal Auditor and following up the audit points,
- To report and analyze company cases,
- To create and manage effective action plans in response to internal/external audit discoveries and compliance violations,
- To advise on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
