QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As an auditor in Internal Audit team, you will be part of a specialized audit team to be involved in all stages of model audits. You will constantly be learning, growing, and improving as you find new ways to innovate and develop within your area.
Job Description
- Work in an specialized internal audit team for auditing risk models used in the bank,
- Analyze the documentation and work with the auditee to understand model requirements and compare them with the developed models,
- Conduct statistical analyses regarding data quality, model performance and validation studies,
- Apply the necessary audit techniques to assess the model processes, formulate conclusions, and insights,
- Communicate with auditees regarding audit findings and recommendations,
- Prepare an audit report in accordance with the audit methodologies to highlight the improvement needs,
- Create business value by suggesting changes or improvements,
- Maintain proficiency within machine learning techniques/algorithms by keeping up with technology and trend shifts.
Qualifications
- BS. or MSc. in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics, Statistics, and alike.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and persuasion skills,
- Competent in written and spoken English,
- Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Passion for pulling your own data, performing analysis and driving initial conclusions,
- Strong data analysis, interpretation, data visualization skills and ability to communicate data insights,
- Understanding of the theory and statistics behind machine learning techniques/algorithms and experience with relational databases and knowledge to write SQL is an asset.
