QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Being responsible for credit limits granted to both local and overseas clients,
· Preparing the credit package proposals for the Credit Committee,
· Managing and supporting relations with Receivable Insurance Companies,
· Assessment, process and approval of customer credit applications and renewal requests,
· Managing daily credit approval requests, and preparing the necessary reports for the Management,
· Supporting the relationship between related departments by providing guidance on Credit Policy and Credit Assessment System,
· Making customer visits when necessary, and following very closely the potential risks related to receivables,
· Following and improving receivables collection tools such as credit cards, DBS etc,
· Following up and controlling guarantees received
· Managing compliance check of existing/ new customers and suppliers based on FATCA and European Sanction List,
· Being responsible for effective execution of internal compliance policy,
· Preparing necessary compliance reports for the Management on a regular basis,
· Shall be reporting to Risk & Compliance Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 4 years of banking / credit assessment experience, preferably at banks, factoring and/ or leasing companies,
· Good financial analysis / accounting knowledge,
· Strong contacts within intelligence departments at banks & factoring companies,
· Awareness in Turkish economy & industrial sectors,
· University degree preferably Business Administration / Economics / Engineering,
· MBA or equivalent master degree will be an asset,
· Advanced level of verbal and written English,
· Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
