QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Checking the required raw materials in the system, converting purchasing requests into orders and creating orders based on the estimates in the system
- Tracking the importation processes, organizing shipment and delivering products to the factory Obtaining, recording and archiving an insurance policy in the system for the importation and exportation of raw materials & packaging
- Creating a raw material verification request (RMVR) form for all trials and a trial form (pretrial) for raw materials to be tested, obtaining the new raw material code request form (Q code) from R&D and establishing new raw material & packaging codes in the system
- Controlling prices for local purchasing and ensuring the necessary raw material and service procurement conditions
- Making faulty material entries into the quality system, informing suppliers in writing about such materials, sending them samples and requesting an action plan Deducting the amount of the discount and cost of any faulty material from the supplier on the relevant invoice and ensuring that the transfer is made to the bank account Ensuring that the complaint is closed after the transfer is made and the product is returned or destroyed
- Planning production and capacity for short, mid and long term in SAP, check and revise the short term plans by combining the data provided by sales, forecast and deadline
- Preparing reports about planning and capacity budget, share with related employee
- Checking stock level of Raw Materials and Finished Goods on a daily basis in order to manage production orders and to keep them on targeted level
- Collaborate with Product responsible during new article creation (ACP)
- Handle all analysis related to planning and make required improvements accordingly
- Update MRP parameters on a regular basis
- Customers to provide better service at the most efficient way; lead other improvement projects internally with plants-distribution that are focused on supply chain optimization
- Bachelor's degree in their field
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Good command of SAP program
- Good command of English
