GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for teammates with the following qualifications to work as Customer Representative in the Izmir head office and / or Istanbul branch of our company, which manufactures and exports denim and woven garments to the world's leading clothing brands.
Purpose of the Job;
Our aim is to prepare and follow the denim production, sample and collection, to continuously increase customer satisfaction by ensuring that the goods are produced on time and in high quality, and the aim waiting for you will be to continue this process efficiently.
Required Competences;
- Graduated from Textile Engineering or other textile related departments of universities,
- Good command of English,
- Experienced in manufacturing, sample, collection preparation and follow-up especially in woven garments (denim is preferable),
- Customer-orientated thinking, strong improvement and development orientation,
- Strong follow-up skills, careful about details, able to take responsibility,
- Master MS Office programmes,
- Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork,
- No travel restrictions,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- We are looking for teammates residing in Izmir and/or Istanbul.
Job Description;
- Receiving orders from the customer and making all necessary follow-ups during the period until the shipment of the products,
- Carrying out the necessary correspondence and meetings with the customer and making critiques,
- To order and follow up fabric orders,
- Preparation of monthly and weekly reports,
- Keeping all order and sample documentation in an organised manner and entering them into the ERP system,
- Ensuring efficient coordination and communication between manufacturing and customer and obtaining necessary approvals.
- To maintain uninterrupted communication with the customer.
