You Will

  • Take the ownership of Romanian Operations and Sales (from customer service to testing and translations) with a focus on building a strong network of professionals.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by managing all communication with customers and professionals
  • Expand our network of service providers by making sales calls
  • Solve problems that have never been solved before
  • Collect data by contacting providers and Product Management teams directly
  • Ensure the high quality of the content in the website by conducting regular website checks.

You Have

  • Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree;
  • Fluent levels in both Romanian and English and preferably in Turkish;
  • 1-2 years experience in one of the following: customer service, sales, content editing, translation;
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership;
  • Proven strong communication skills in a business environment: telephone communication and written communication;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
  • Courage to face ambiguity and uncertainty.
