You Will
- Take the ownership of Romanian Operations and Sales (from customer service to testing and translations) with a focus on building a strong network of professionals.
- Provide a high level of customer service by managing all communication with customers and professionals
- Expand our network of service providers by making sales calls
- Solve problems that have never been solved before
- Collect data by contacting providers and Product Management teams directly
- Ensure the high quality of the content in the website by conducting regular website checks.
You Have
- Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree;
- Fluent levels in both Romanian and English and preferably in Turkish;
- 1-2 years experience in one of the following: customer service, sales, content editing, translation;
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership;
- Proven strong communication skills in a business environment: telephone communication and written communication;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
- Courage to face ambiguity and uncertainty.
