QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Single point of contact for all technical questions and issues for the respective RPA systems and landscape
- Operational management expert for all infrastructure related activities for clients’ RPA landscape.
- Responsible for the coordination of all stakeholders within a landscape (needs to our Mercedes-Benz global network)
- Evaluating and management of system related change requests on behalf of the client.
- Planning the complete set of yearly RPA Infrastructure operations in their responsibility
- Controlling, planning and implementation of software upgrades with IT
- Collaboration with RPA and other providers on technical issues
- Coordination and communication skills with multiple levels of an organization,
- Able to work independently on his assigned tasks.
Qualification
- Graduated with Bachelor's degree in related field such as Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science discipline:
- +2 years of experience in Monitoring and Application Operation
- Comfortable working with the technology hands-on if needed.
- Experience in the topics of infrastructures and Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others to take action
- Able to work on DevOps/Scrum Team on agile methodologies
- Able to travel if required
- German and English would preferred, only one of these languages are required
