GENEL NİTELİKLER

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we are looking for an “SHE Specialist” who will work full-time within the Innovation and ESH Management Department with the following qualifications;

• Graduated from Engineering Faculties of Universities
• Has B or C Class Occupational Safety Expertise Certificate
• Has Environmental Management Service Competence Certificate
• Preferably with NEBOSH / IOSH / IEMA Certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in the Production Sector
• Having a good command of the national and international legislation requirements regarding Occupational Health and Safety and Environment and able to carry out all applications in this direction.
• Competent in ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System applications
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Certificate (Preferably also ISO 9001, ISO 50001 certificated)
• Solution & result oriented, dynamic, analytical thinking, effective in planning, organization and problem solving, strong communication skills,
• Proficient in English
• Male candidates must have completed military service

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing all requirements in line with national and international legislation and standards regarding Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and internal standards, improvement & development of existing system applications
• Performing all duties within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, the Regulation on the Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities of Occupational Safety Specialists and other relevant legislation (Guidance, Risk Assessment, Work Environment Surveillance, Training-Information-Registration, Cooperation with Relevant Units, etc.), Performing all duties within the scope of Environmental Law No. 2872, Regulation on Environmental Management Services and other relevant legislation, monitoring and reporting of all these works with targets and projects
• Ergonomics, Emergency Management, Chemicals Management, Subcontractor & Work Permit System Management, Change Management, Waste Management, Water Management, Air Quality Management etc. carrying out studies on the subject, developing applications, realizing projects
• Implementation of necessary applications within the scope of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001)
• Performing all necessary applications and reports to be expected within the scope of EESH (Energy, Environment, Safety, Health) EESH (Enerji, Environment, Safety, Health)
• Performing the projects that increase the OHS and Environmental culture
