We are looking for Sales Account Manager Electronics & Instrumentation for our office in Nilüfer, Bursa.
What You’ll Do
- Build business development plans, marketing plans & key customer contact for breakthrough commodities (EI) & liaise with the Global team
- Define the business plan for customer and follow up and participate at commercial strategy
- Take a lead on RFQ reply and leadership with the team. Drive and prepare internal meetings and external one with customer projects teams
- Ensure coordination of Cost & Pricing, Technical, Production, Quality and Logistic team as per customer project step stones for deliverables delivery an Engineering Change management
- Ensure project target achievement in conformity with commercial contracts
- Develop project profitability and ensure proper follow-up through surveillance plans (Margin Improvement Tool plan)
- Guarantee customer satisfaction in its requests in respect of company internal targets
- Report to first line manager all subjects related to the business unit (KPI, Sales, Budget, Program, …)
- Identify and report resource shortage and business risks to enable correct program running
- Track customer Purchasing Orders application conformity with agreed pricing
- Drive MIT meetings with the project team and plants
- Work closely with Finance department on any litigations and aged debtors
- Program management participation as maybe required
Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Solid experience in customer management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experienced in networking
- Good Technical sales knowledge in electronics & instrumentation
- Proven track record with breakthrough sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Previous automotive experience at least 5 years
- Financial awareness
- Fluent in English and German is an asset
