We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Specialist for our head office in Beyoğlu.
Qualifications
- Graduated from university,
- 3-5 years' experiences in B2B Sales,
- Preferably worked in the steel production sector for at least 1 year in related roles such as Sales, Customer Services, Business Development, etc,
- Excellent command of written and speaking in both English and French is a must
- Prone to analytical work, improved coordination skills, result-oriented
- Has a customer-oriented perspective, is proactive, and has good relationship management,
- No travel restrictions
Job Description
- Preparing price offers for customer demands, ensuring the realization of sales in line with quantity and profitability targets,
- End-to-end follow-up of the orders received from the entry to the system until they reach the customer.
- Engaging in new customers and market development activities
- To follow up the proposal process, customer and factory information of new and different products according to the procedures,
- To mediate the requests of the customers regarding all departments and to ensure that the problems are resolved and customer satisfaction,
- Making annual visit plans, making customer visits, entering visit reports into the CRM system
- Notifying the customer expectations and requests (VOC) to the relevant units, following up until the result is obtained, ensuring the complete operation of the "Voice of the Customer" VOC process,
- Making monthly profitability analysis, reporting deviations, and determining corrective actions
