We are looking for Sales and Customer Management Specialist for our engineering office in Nilüfer, Bursa.
What You’ll Do
- Yazaki Systems Technologies liaison sales specialist with focus on Customer Project mainly in Turkey
- Main local point of contact for OEM , Tier1 , Tier 2 customers, primary contact for carrying out agreements with the customers
- Processing of RFQs, establishing and submission of quotes
- Cooperation with, coordination and support of other Yazaki Systems Technologies departments for cost relevant issues (e.g. warranty claims, logistic premium costs)
- Monitoring of timing and costs of project related sales topics (e.g. accounts receivables)
- Yazaki Project Management System & GPMS GATE Reviews, Supporting LBP Preparation, Monthly Accrual & F&C related calculations, Customer Satisfaction Surveys etc.
- Project related work with Customer's supplier portal
- Keeping customer data in Yazaki Systems Technologies ERP system up to date
Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor degree with an emphasis on Business or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience related field
- Extensive user skills in SAP
- Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
- Fluent in English
- Able to work customer oriented service approach
- Male candidates should have completed military service
