Sales and Marketing Specialist
Founded in 1976, Epsan is Turkey’s number one engineering thermoplastics compounder with a total production capacity of 60.000 tons, generating an annual turnover in excess of €100 Mio. Epsan offers a wide range of different types of compounds with a particular focus on PA6 and PA66, but also based on PBT, PPA, PET, PBT/PET, PA/ABS, PBT/ASA and PA/PP. Automotive is the company’s main market, supplying a broad spectrum of global 1st Tiers with several grades approved by OEM’s . We are looking for a team member to develop new business opportunities by proactively maintaining and expanding Epsan's customer base in assigned country or area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mehanical, polymer, industrial, chemical).
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks,
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability
- Goal - oriented, innovative, agile and problem solver,
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Valid driving license class B and active driver,
- Male candidates should have completed their military service.
- Preferably Located in Bursa
Scope and objectives:
- Develop, establish and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the territory and specific accounts to achieve the goals of the budget and financial growth of the company
- Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to direct customers and distributors
- Ensure an efficient customer opportunity pipeline execution: From concept phase to mass production
- Manage existing accounts and expand customer base in territory, developing long-term profitable accounts.
- Participate in all sales activities and attend meetings.
- No travel restrictions.
