Sales & Marketing Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensure the entire sales’ process from order’s reception to after sales
• Production of commercial documents
• Multi-support management of the written and oral communication of the company
• Sales management and production of reports (tables, graphs)
• Physical and telephone reception
• Report to CEO
• Based in Denizli – Turkey
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Orders’ support and process in coordination with logistics’ department
• Preparation & sending of all commerial process and documents
• Constant relationship with the customer (Sales and after-sales)
• Preparation of commercial offers/presentations
• Settlement of commercial disputes in coordination with legal & logistics’ departments
• Update of customer databases and sales statistics
• Search for commercial or communication customers/partners
• Punctually participation in product presentation/events
• Redaction of various contents for multi-media communication on a weekly base (Website, Social networks, Press…)
COMPETENCIES
ESSENTIAL
-Diploma in Sales or Communication or Languages
-3 years’ experience in Sales or Communication
-Knowledge of international trade law
-Perfect mastery of written and spoken English
-Good computer skills (Social Networks, Excel, PowerPoint, DataBase, E-Trade)
-Customer care

-Numerate & Literate

-Food industry or agriculture Knowledge
