QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a new team members to our Tuzla Branch Office & Yalova Branch Office as a Marketing And Sales Specialist employees, reporting to Marketing Manager with following skills:
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree of Maritime Business Administration, Marine Engineering or Equivalent departments
- Preferably having at least 3 years of experience as a chief officer
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Ability to use Office software fluently
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Good team player and result-oriented
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Driving license
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Undertake frequent customer & vessel visits strengthening relationship and understanding customer’s developing needs
- Identifying new customers and gaining new customers in line with the company's strategic plan
- Providing necessary support for all departments for management of conflicts with customers
- Ensure that actions are taken on time for any customer need and complaints
- Liaise with customers to check the progress of existing offers & negotiate in order to be succesfull with orders
- To follow developments and trends on market
