Sales assistant
About us: Krogman Metals is a leading and stockiest company of stainless steel long and flats products and aluminium. We work with Asian and Europeans mills and we supply our materials to end users and wholesalers in different countries worldwide such as Germany, Egypt, France, Poland… We work with Asian and Europeans mills and Our head office and warehouse are based in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), we also have a recently opened office in Istanbul (Turkey).
Location: Istanbul (Turkey).
Our offer: We are currently looking for a sales assistant/executive assistant with experience to join our team. You will be part of the sales department and will be responsible for assigned tasks. You will contribute to a successful customer experience by serving as a primary point of contact for our customers. This is a full-time work based in our office of Istanbul, Turkey.
Your missions:
- Stock tracking, list tracking, cargo tracking.
- Pre-accounting information are sought.
- Follow customer’s orders and follow payments.
- Update the stocklists.
- Invoices.
- Handle incoming calls and mails from sales prospects and existing clients.
- Provide good customer service to all existing and potential clientele.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Fluent English speaker. (If your language is not suitable for your native language level, please do not apply)
- Prone to teamwork.
- Must be able to use computers and Microsoft Offices products.
- Experience in sales required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Complex problem solving and organizational skills
