QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Motto Turkey, is a sales and marketing consultancy company that works with quality brand real estates in İstanbul, and has shown a rapid growth since its establishment.


We are looking for "sales speacialists" who will be in charge with foreign and local clients to join our sales team of Motto Turkey.


Reaching sales target.

Maintain knowledge of competition and prices.

Providing superior customer service.

Cooperate with agencies

Creating property marketing materials

Preparing offers and sales agreements.

Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports

Conducting comparative market studies.

Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc)

Basic financial knowledge, such as calculating percentages and commissions.

Must work weekends and holidays

Occasional travel may be required


Qualifications & Experiences


Good Real Estate knowledge 2-5 year & Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.

Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

Must maintain product knowledge (existing and new).

Always well informed about available finance, interest rates, minimum down payment required and the latest financial trends in the market.

Knowledge of legal issues pertaining to the sale of properties.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
