- We are looking for experienced Sales Consultant to work in the real estate sector.
- At least 2 years experience in Real Estate sector.
- Good experiance in MS office programs.
- Have analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Disciplined and responsible.
- High persuasion and communication skills.
- Highly empathetic, presentable, able to work with customer.
- Have the flexibility to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Communication and representation skills required.
- Advanced English level (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
- Rreferably knows Arabic and Russian.
- Check incoming requests online.
- Always aim to move forward the service quality.
- Contract reading and explaining to the tenant.
- Follow up reservations, contracts and claims.
- Analyze the price of the property on a daily and weekly basis.
- Report to the senior management on a daily and monthly basis.
- Receive requests from the sales team and update them.
