QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Coordinator will oversee all sales activities of the two Museum of Illusions in Istanbul.

His/ Her accountabilities will include managing all current sales deals, expansion of sales partnerships, ensuring profitability, and achieving all company’s KPIs

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, implement and be accountable for the execution of the monthly/ annual sales plan. Strong focus on groups’ tourism strategy.
  • Be accountable for the group’s KPI’s: Total revenues, number of visitors, average ticket price, gift shop revenues
  • Achieve budgeted revenues and booking goals together with the Marketing Coordinator
  • Strongly promote MOI to the market, according to sales plan and seasonality
  • Build and maintain clientele, through phone calls, emails, visits, etc.
  • Operate site tours to potential customers, represent the brand at trade shows and business events
  • Maintain a close relationship with all B2B customers and enhance their impression of the museum’s products & services
  • Identify emerging markets and potential new customers
  • Maintain and update sales process and material (sales pitch, sales kit, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Maintain and update customers’ databases
  • Report to the Sales & Marketing Manager of Enthoosia group

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have at least a minimum of 5 years of working experience in relevant sales positions in the tourism sector. Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Hold a university or equal level degree.
  • Have strong written and oral command of the English language.
  • Excellent presentation skills and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365 suite.
  • Be customer-oriented, organized, team-spirited, results-oriented, and a strong negotiator.
