Who is Pisano Looking For?

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will qualify inbound leads and proactively engage new customers.


What Skills & Qualifications Do You Need?

  • At least 1-2 years of B2B Sales Development experience,
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field,
  • Experience in working at a SaaS company is a plus,
  • Desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Strong phone presence and experience in cold calling,
  • Hunter mentality, maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection or failure
  • Strong focus on offering the right solutions to the customers' needs,
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbally and in writing) & Turkish. Arabic will be a plus
  • Experience in SDR Tools like Mailshake, Skrapp.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Hunter.io
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • At least basic Excel skills (preferably more advanced)
